Three Crosses on Calvary’s Hill
Saturday Mar 12, 2022
Saturday Mar 12, 2022
Found in Luke 23:33-43. I believe there are three great incentives to live for Christ. 1. The Holiness of our God (Isa. 6), 2. The return of Christ (1 Jn. 2:28), and The cross: The greatest demonstration of His holiness and love. But let us look to Calvary. Jesus dying there with two thieves: one on either side. One dying for sin. One dying in sin. One dying sin. We know two were completely guilty. One completely innocent. Two paying their debt to society. One paying OUR debt to sin. Our prayer is that today’s message will give you the hope and assurance the Jesus Loves You.

The Sins Of The Prodigal’s Brother
Sunday Feb 13, 2022
Sunday Feb 13, 2022
In Luke 15:25-32 we see a great life lesson. The prodigal’s return, the glad scene. The father running to meet the prodigal.
The joy over the returning one. The man who missed out on the blessing. The elder brother returns from the field.nHe refuses to enter into the joy and therefore misses out. What caused the elder brother to miss the joy of this occasion. One the sin of a negative, critical, grumbling spirit, Two the sin of an offended spirit, and three the sin of a compassionless heart. The elder brother was neglected because our sins are revealed through studying him. Do you see yourself in this wayward son?
Confess those “respectable sins” and know the joy of the Lord again.

When Christians Suffer
Sunday Jan 30, 2022
Sunday Jan 30, 2022
Our text today comes from 1 Peter 4:12-19. Suffering is an unpopular subject. Salvation is more pleasant than suffering. Heaven is more pleasant than heartache. But suffering is a real part of life. Every hospital lets us know how real suffering is.
Screaming sirens each time we hear them reminds us of how real suffering is. Not only the physical but the mental anguish is seen in suffering. Christians also have trials.

Faith: What It Is and What It Does!
Sunday Jan 23, 2022
Sunday Jan 23, 2022
In Hebrews 11:1-6 We see a very important word in that all believers should be living by. “Faith” An Important Word In The Bible in Ephesians 2:8-9: Paul says “We are saved by faith in Christ” and in Romans 5:1: Paul says “We are justified by faith in Christ” The Word of God describes Faith as… Reliance, loyalty, or complete trusting God; a system of religious beliefs. The dictionary describes “Faith”: as Complete trust or confidence in someone or something. Or strong belief in God or in the doctrines of a religion, based on spiritual apprehension rather than proof. Faith is first mentioned in (Deuteronomy. 32:20) When Moses said: “And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see that their end shall be: for they are a very forward generation, children in whom is no faith.” …the last place mentioned is (Revelation 14:12) Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus. But Faith Defined: The Assurance of things hoped for. The conviction of their reality. Believing God to the point of action. How Faith Affects Our Lives?

Unconditional
Sunday Jan 16, 2022
Sunday Jan 16, 2022
Todays text is found in Romans 6:11-13. The Bible: not only theological but also practical. To obey its message will not only change you position before God but also your practice before men… Not only will it change your record in heaven, but also your reputation before men… Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound?(Rom 6:1). Now saved and secure, so shall we live in sin? Oh! Let it never be thought! Surrender … “To God”. Knowing you died with Christ. That you are alive to God through him.

No Room 2
Sunday Jan 02, 2022
Sunday Jan 02, 2022
Our text today can be found in Luke 2:7 . “And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped Him in swaddling clothes, and laid Him in a manger, because there was “No Room” for them in the inn.” A familiar text often used for sermons at Christmas. Yet we generally see but the surface. What “No Room for Them in the Inn” Really? Think about this for a moment. There was “No Room” for Jesus in the business of Bethlehem. There was “No Room” for Jesus in the homes of Bethlehem. There was “No Room” for Jesus in the social life of Bethlehem. How perfectly this text fits our lives today.
I hope you will make “Room” in your homes but most of all your Hearts!
